Design Process Every product undergoes an extensive design process, starting from initial sketches to prototype testing by our professional partner athletes. This ensures the final release meets high ergonomic and biomechanical standards.
Painting Process Our equipment features a three-layer paint finish for superior protection. The process begins with steel pickling and degreasing to prepare the material perfectly. An antioxidant primer is then applied to prevent internal corrosion and ensure excellent paint adhesion, followed by two final coats of durable epoxy paint.
Seat and Back The leather-like material is designed to be perspiration-resistant, anti-bacterial, and hypoallergenic. The back pad, seat pad, and rolls feature high-density (80 kg/m³) foam that provides optimal support and maintains its shape during intense training.
