Structure The equipment utilizes 110 x 52 mm steel tubes (3 mm thick, quality S-275-J0H). The core feature is a cold bending process using a 4-roller system, which maintains a constant tube section and the material's physical characteristics throughout, minimizing the risk of breakage or deformation. All structural joints and plates feature a closed welding perimeter.
Grips Anodized ALUMINUM, knurled to improve grip.
Axles Laser-cut 10 mm plates with an additional 10 mm reinforcement for smooth, stable movement and no twisting even under heavy use.
Seat and Back High-density 80 kglm3 foam pads with sweat-resistant, antibacterial, hypoallergenic upholstery for lasting comfort and shape retention.
Painting Process Triple-coat finish with fully pickled, degreased steel for complete surface cleaning. Protected with an anti-rust primer and two final polyester-epoxy powder coats cured at 240°C for long-lasting durability.
