At Swissôtel, the wellness facilities underwent a comprehensive refurbishment aimed at enhancing both operational performance and guest comfort while preserving the established character of the existing thermal environments. The project centerd on the renovation of two sauna rooms, creating a renewed wellness offering that aligns with the expectations of a modern hospitality destination.

Wellness Master was responsible for the engineering coordination, technical upgrades, and execution of the refurbishment works. Particular attention was given to the assessment and optimisation of existing infrastructure, ensuring that each intervention improved reliability, efficiency, and long-term maintainability.
